Current packages:
Introductory Coaching — a single extended session for individuals who want to explore a specific challenge or decision with a thinking partner. Suitable as a standalone engagement or as a starting point for longer work.
Coaching Programme — a structured engagement of six sessions, designed for individuals working through a significant transition, a new leadership role, or a sustained period of complexity. Sessions are typically 60 to 90 minutes, held fortnightly or monthly.
Extended Coaching Programme — twelve sessions for individuals seeking deeper, longer-term development. Suited to leaders navigating sustained organisational change, identity shifts, or the accumulation of what goes unaddressed in high-pressure roles.
All programmes begin with a complimentary chemistry conversation to ensure the fit is right for both of us.

For organisations navigating transformation, cultural change, or the human dimensions of strategic shifts. I work with leadership teams and boards as a trusted thinking partner — bringing an outside perspective grounded in organisational psychology and thirty years of senior experience.
